Enhancing and Celebrating the View and Landscape Surrounding Villa Naiadi Through Interior Architecture Choices—Transforming a Residence into a Home to Be Lived In
Architecture becomes the voice of ideas, translating them into form, giving them volume and materiality. It enhances and elevates these concepts, returning emotion to those who inhabit the space.
Materials are an integral part of the project: they don’t merely construct the architecture—they define the space through their sensory qualities: temperature, porosity, opacity, transparency. Even color, in this sense, becomes an architectural material.
Neutral-toned resin floors, white walls and ceilings, expansive glass windows—this home is a blank canvas shaped by a clear design vision, grounded in spatial and formal principles and in the conscious use of light and shadow.
Everything serves the light, enhancing what lies outside without overpowering it—instead, letting it take center stage.
The Living Room – The Art of Conversation
The living space is both airy and intimate, shaped by the furniture that defines it. The double-sided fireplace “warms” this environment dedicated to conversation and the exchange of ideas, making it welcoming and refined.
The large cabinetry along the right wall is concealed behind custom-designed boiserie.
Smooth and canneté finishes alternate, creating a soft three-dimensional texture, emphasized by alternating tubes of different diameters that cast evocative plays of light and shadow on the walls. The DeLabré Striato stainless steel finish is a handcrafted process that involves several steps: metal oxidation, manual brushing to create the “striated” effect, and the application of a protective transparent varnish. A true love for detail.

The Art of Conversation
Curated design pieces blur the boundaries between art and design.
In an architectural setting where nothing is left to chance, we chose to incorporate artworks that resonate deeply with the philosophy behind the project.
These elements are not purely aesthetic—they inspire creativity and spark conversation, adding true value to everyday life.

The Kitchen – A Social Space for Family and Friends
Cooking and eating can be deeply cultural, social, and even critical activities—just like the spaces in which they take place. The design of this area, therefore, plays a truly central role.
The standout feature of the kitchen at Villa Naiadi lies in its volume: it was conceived as an open, light-filled space, with a double-height ceiling that enhances the feeling of freedom.

The view, too, is no afterthought: large windows open onto the inner patio and extend toward the pool, allowing the gaze to drift into the beauty of the surrounding landscape.

It’s a Highly Architectural Kitchen, Conceived on a Different Scale—Almost Like a Suspended Building
It’s composed of horizontal elements—the islands where you work—and vertical storage elements, much like a city that develops both horizontally and vertically.
The Bedroom – Where There Is Order, There Is Peace. The “Quiet Luxury” Style
There is a sense of peace and balance that makes the bedroom a true ode to simplicity and refinement. The quiet luxury style is enriched with a multitude of inspirations, geometric precision, and luxurious materials where the changing seasons dance through shifting plays of light and shadow.
The ongoing pursuit of calm reflects the art of meditation in the room that must embody it most. Views gently guide the eye from one point to another, like a guided meditation—drawing the mind away from chaos.
To achieve details that endure over time, one must invest in high-quality materials and artisanal craftsmanship—for an essential, timeless kind of luxury.

This Form of Luxury Is a Fusion of Materials and Furnishings—A Harmonious, Timeless Composition
It transcends superficial beauty, surrounding itself with objects, art, and furnishings that carry meaning and memory.
It’s about quality—about building an aesthetic where each element contributes to the whole rather than competing for attention. The external environment becomes the project’s starting point, shaping a lifestyle that allows for small moments of calm and comfort.
The Gym
For decades, fitness enthusiasts faced two unsatisfying options when setting up a home gym: either hide unsightly equipment in a back room, garage, or basement—relegating workouts to an unappealing space—or boldly display bulky machines in the living room or bedroom, pretending not to notice what family members or guests might think.
We’re proud to have created a refined, modern living space that integrates fitness products in a way that owners will be proud to showcase to their guests.

An Open-Air Gym
A space that, surprisingly, finds even more strength outdoors—where wellness and beauty come together to offer a truly regenerative experience.
Here too, we carefully selected and integrated equipment best suited for outdoor training—designed to strengthen not only the body, but above all the mind and spirit, while contemplating the lake and being immersed in the sounds of nature.

The Office
They used to call it an office.
An en plein air lounge that redefines the boundaries of the workspace, embracing a new concept rooted in lightness and openness. This terrace, directly connected to the home office, provides a more informal and relaxed setting for meetings—transforming professional moments into intimate, human experiences.
The furnishings are thoughtfully selected to reflect the essence of the place, filling it only with the most essential elements—enhancing the space itself and allowing conviviality and social connection to take center stage.
