The VILLA, part of the DolceCasa project, is located in Ponte Capriasca, a very pleasant and sunny municipality in the Lugano area, set in a privileged landscape.

It is a predominantly residential municipality, well-served and rich in amenities.

This makes it a highly appealing area for families, offering a peaceful and relaxing environment just a few kilometers from the city center. The DolceCasa project includes three standalone VILLA buildings.

On the ground floor, there is an entrance, a spacious open-plan kitchen with an island and adjacent pantry, a living area, a dining area, a study, and a bathroom with a shower.

Upstairs, there are four bedrooms (including a master bedroom) and three bathrooms (one of which is private to the master bedroom).

A comfortable covered terrace and a private enclosed garden make the property of significant interest.
