October 9, 2025, Lugano — There was a moment, exactly at 7:30 p.m., when everything stood still. The lights grew brighter, eyes lit up, the red drapes wrapped the scene in a vibrant energy, and for an instant, everything breathed in unison with those who were there. “More Passion Dinner” was not just a dinner: it was an evening devoted to art, design, and new project visions. An immersive experience, a love declaration to an innate instinct called passion.
The evening opened with soft lighting, enveloping sounds, and knowing smiles. Five rooms, nine projects, ten works of art: a sensorial journey built like a silent choreography, where architecture revealed itself through installations, design seduced with its beauty, and photography merged with calligraphic gestures in a visceral and poetic narrative — marking the beginning of a new era for real estate.
In the central patio, the beating heart of the event, two imperial tables dressed in red transformed the room into a theater. The long tablecloth, cascading to the floor and sweeping along plates, flowers, and glasses, created a surreal scene suspended between dream and provocation. Red anthuriums, warm lighting, and impeccable details gave the atmosphere a magnetic allure.
Even the menu became a chromatic statement, with red ingredients — an ode to passion that doesn’t ask for permission, but overwhelms.
Then came the twist: an elegant and playful burlesque performance celebrating lightness, sensuality, and femininity as a form of art.
To seal the night, the soft, hypnotic rhythms of deep house music became the perfect soundtrack to an experience that left its mark.
“More Passion Dinner” was an invitation to experience Seta’s work not as spectators, but as protagonists. To let themselves be carried away by passion — the kind that can’t be seen, but ignites projects, dreams, and people.
