Omar Arena
Co-founder, Partner
Omar, with his extensive experience in the Ticino property market over the last 20 years, is responsible for analyses, property developments and sales. He has an extremely meticulous and in-depth approach to his work. He provides the impetus for initiating new projects and concepts and is the inspiration behind curating and developing each project.
Deborah Schetter
Co-founder, Partner
Deborah has a strong background in the financial world with working experience both in Switzerland and abroad and leads SETA Invest. She also heads the financial management of SETA Real Estate projects and is responsible for foreign clientele.
Andrea Silvagni
Co-founder, Partner
Andrea, heads SETA Architecture, and holds a master’s degree from the Accademia di Architettura di Mendrisio conferred, after completing architectural training at SUPSI of Lugano-Trevano. His long working experience in the region has enabled him to develop his talents in various fields of the discipline, from public to private works. Careful study of the regional context, attention to detail and innovation form the cornerstones of every project.
Giacomo Moro

Giacomo manages SETA Architecture and SETA Project Management.
His work in project design and management displays incisiveness, practicality, and the technical know-how essential for launching and building each property. His authentic and dedicated approach is implicit in every project, from attention to design to constructing with rigour and application.
